Some Useful Tips

  • Think current day’s tasks beforehand: If you woke up with the clear intention that what needs to be done today, you will able to manage your time accordingly to finish those tasks, it will increase your productivity and you will be motivated enough for those tasks throughout the day.

  • Eat and Drink Right: It all comes with your body, your health is the most important thing to focus on, before our work and everything. As a lovely quote says “it all comes from within”. If you feel healthy and good you will be motivated enough throughout the day.

Take care of your body, Its the only place you have to live in!

  • Listen to Motivational Podcasts: There are a lot of motivational speakers like Jay Shetty, Gaur Gopal Das, and many more I don't know much even :D I love watching their videos and listening to some podcasts online they really boost my positivity and motivation to always do better and I am actually doing better, so if you are feeling low and don't know where you are heading just listen to some motivational podcasts or you can even watch TEDx videos.

  • Follow Inspiring/ Motivational People on Social Media: We realize or not we spend most of the time on social media apart from our work hours (at least I do) I have followed a bunch of inspiring people over Instagram to boost me up to get fit, think creative, do dance and things that really boost my confidence and are fun at the same time. So while scrolling your social media go to the explore section you will definitely find some people who are funny, inspiring, and motivated they will surely help you get going.
  • Try New Things: If you are someone who generally gets bored very easily with things, think of ways in which you can do the same very boring thing in a fun and creative way. I like cooking but sometimes cooking those everyday meals is a boring task to do, so I try to make new dishes every weekend to have fun, and even your family and loved ones will encourage and love this newness in the routine. You just need to find that new creativity with those boring things.

Old ways won't open new doors!

  • Pinterest: I knew about it years back but actually using it nowadays it's actually a great app if you are an explorer or like to innovate things or a DIY person. You can get some major ideas about how to do specific things anything basically this app has a lot of ideas videos, pictures, tutorials and you can create your boards to try them later. Very useful app to redecorate your house, paint, learn anything, etc. And when you think about creativity in personal life it will surely hit you up in your professional life as well.
  • Spare time for Hobbies: Work is probably very important but on weekends or in your spare time don't be lazy or just sleep the whole weekend, try to plan things like I will be doing cooking or gardening or will plant some more plants in the house this weekend. This kind of pre-planning will smoothly execute your hobbies plan without making you lazy and your body will feel more motivated and energetic when you have something in mind to do. “Spare your free time to pursue your hobby whatever makes you active or happy!”

Find 3 hobbies you love: One to make money, One to keep you in shape, and One to be creative!

  • Spend some “Me” time with yourself: You are the one who can fully make yourself happy or sad, so why not happy? Spend time doing things you love! or to pamper yourself. Don't rush things if you want to achieve things in your work or personal life. There are times when you will be tired, not motivated, non-energetic just relax, watch something you feel like maybe take a holiday spending time with family gather your motivation back and start again tomorrow!
